Reframing as a tool to assist change (continued)
When reframing a teaching issue, ask yourself these key questions:
- What is the constraint?
- Can I reformulate the constraint to uncover its basis more fully?
- Do I agree with its basis?
- Can I take any action if I think it is appropriate, to remove the constraint?
- How can I find out more about the issue or check that my perceptions are correct?
